Soibelman Wins Real Estate Trial!

Adam Soibelman, Principal of SRC, successfully defended a complex real estate trial where a 55-year lessee with an additional 31 years of possession were at risk.  After presentation of the case, the trial judge agreed with Mr. Soibelman’s arguments, resulting in a complete victory, including recovery of all attorney’s fees and costs.
