SRC's John Tamborelli Interviewed on ABC News

John Tamborelli was recently interviewed by ABC News regarding a civil case he is handling on behalf of a Studio City homeowner whose home and belongings were damages or destroyed when the City's water-main severed. The suit involves claims against the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the City of Los Angeles.
The family has been displaced from their home for over 8 months. Moreover, despite providing both the City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power with over 1,000 pictures, a real-time DVD, site inspections, and itemized statements from hygienists, restoration companies and contractors, the family was informed by City officials that they still have not submitted sufficient documentation to warrant payment.
Mr. Tamborelli regularly represents homeowners, contractors, subcontractors as well as representing public entities and private owners in construction contract disputes.
