SRC Named Best Place to Work for Third Straight Year!

Stone, Rosenblatt & Cha pulls off the Three-peat. For the third time in as many years, SRC was named the No. 1 best place to work among law firms by Best Companies Group and San Fernando Valley Business Journal.

Best Companies Group is an independent organization that rates small, medium, and large companies after gathering and compiling meaningful amounts of objective and subjective information and feedback from management and all employees. The assessment process contains two parts. In part one, the employer completes a questionnaire, and in part two, employees of the company complete an anonymous survey.

The information is combined to produce a detailed set of data enabling the analysts to determine the strengths and opportunities of the participating companies.  The results are analyzed and categorized according to 8 Core Focus Areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training and Development, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement.

SRC has earned the top spot among all law firms participating for 3 years running. For the last two years, SRC earned the No. 2 spot overall for all participating companies with fewer than 99 employees.
