Transactional, Entertainment/IP Teams Flourish Among Economic Downturn

SRC’s Transactional practice group, led by Ira Rosenblatt, along with the Entertainment/IP practice group, led by Mishawn Nolan, concluded another productive quarter despite the slumping economic markets. Results included formation of over a dozen new entities, successfully closing millions of dollars of funding, negotiating several entertainment production and/or distribution deals, and drafting and finalizing international distribution and supply agreements.
