There are several adjectives that describe our relationship with our client’s, including “counselor”, “adviser”, and “consigliore” – even “therapist” at times. In the end, we are partners. Our purpose is to help them achieve their strategic and financial objectives. The tactics we employ depend upon the circumstances we confront. Certain situations call for finesse, while others call for power. In all cases, however, we listen to our clients, identify their needs, envision alternatives, and recommend solutions, always recognizing that our lawyers' “egos” have no place in the equation.
We view litigation as a means to an end, not an end in and of itself. As such, we never litigate for litigation's sake and always adopt a pragmatic approach in an effort to resolve cases quickly and successfully. Nevertheless, when cases go to trial, we use a creative, real-world approach that consistently gains favorable results before judges and juries.

Our Federal practice includes the United States District Courts for the Central District of California, Northern District of California, Southern District of California, and Eastern District of California.
We also handle appellate matters in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
